My Project "Togue FairladyZ"

so i bought my first project a datsun 240z and hear she is





ive allready done work on her, the guy who owned it before me didnt sand the rear panels so i had to do it......when i bought the car it basically came in peices.....so this is my big *Censored**Censored**Censored* model kit im planning on putting an l28et ......come on l28's arent bad at all......they can squeeze out like 460HP+ w/the right modifacations so hear she is...ill post up more pics on my way making her to that touge monster

carbed N/A L28 ftw... turbo motor ftl.


looks like a kickass project though. keep us updated.

or you could grab an N47 head off of an early 80's 810/maxima, (junkyard about 60$)

a later F54 block with flat top pistons (77-83 280{100$ maybe})

put 'em together & come out with a cheap & reliable 11.3:1 comp.

some webber DCOE 45s or mikuni 44s & you're money

i dont know how new you are to Zs but some really helpful sites are

hybridz.org - amazing technical advice/write-ups on every motor swap you can think of

classiczcars.com - great info, great online community

zcarparts.com - motorsport auto, aftermarket/restoration parts
&
arizonazcar.com - aftermarket suspension (gnarly) & body stuff.
