How to build a SEMA car in 20 days: Batlground Diary
This is a copy past of the Batlground S14 build off of several forums it's been posted on, Mike that runs the office at Batlground will be using my screename because he is too busy whoring up import atlanta to get his own screename. Right now the car is at paint, we've been going for about two weeksish.
____ Ok, so we get the call that KONIG wants us to pimp one of our cars out and put it in their booth for SEMA. Well we felt it would be cool to show you what we are going through to get the car done, especially since most of you wont be going. So this is a piece of SEMA coming to you so to speak. Updates will be done weekly, we have till the 24th to get her done! UPDATES ARE ALSO ON THE WEBSITE : http://www.batlground.com/gall...m=181 2 weeks ago the car looked like this and drove: TODAY 10-5-07: Sanding primer sucks ![]() ![]() Holes welded up, Enjay bay smoothed and tubbed ![]() ![]() Inside stripped ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Doors ![]() Shop Dog eating his lunch

Nice Work
Very nice work!! couple of questions. What kind of a body kit? origin? and are you using the same front bumper support on the kouki conversion as you had on the Zenki or did you have to buy a new one?
Please reply or email me Very much appreciated Drew

have you ever looked at a cup car, or a gt-1 car? even thoguh they are carbed v8's and double a arm solid rear axle , nothing cool, they have some baller stuff on them.
this is 2007, theres not a lot hat someone already hasn't done, but for an actual drift car, not a "im posting a thread but will probably not actually drift it" thats getting finished, brought straight to SEMA , then a day after it leaves sema driving at pro-am, i think its a pretty baller conglamoration of baller fun/keeping it performance. body kit is all courtesy of www.aitracing.com |

We haven't looked at anyone else's cars. We are just doing what we like and what we think is reasonable for a competition car that needs to look like a show car for ONE day. I personally love it. If no one likes our taste...then you are entitled to that. We have gotten tons of positive feedback, so we just take the good with the bad.
