I should design some watermark for you. It doesn't help your shitty foto when you have this shitty watermark.

Get some HELVETICA Light.

It's not about being good at photoshop... sometimes the most simplest thing is the way to go.

Its just a simple text.

If thats a case then do what american do, sue them instead of making your stuff ugly.

but seeing how your logo still isn't high enough or over the image itself. People can still crop it.

3 steps to preventing people from stealing your images...

step 1 - follow the PROPER convention for printing a 'notice of copyright' on a photo - http://www.copyright.gov/circs/circ1.html#fnv

step 2 - load up all your images on a DVD (or series of DVD's) and mail them to the Library of Congress, along with a check for $25 to register the images for copyright.

step 3 - the second anyone steals any images and uses them illegally, you sue them for actual damages (the going rate of said photo based on the way they used it) along with statutory damages (awarded up to $150,000 per instance) and legal fees.

Copyright law is pretty cut and dry. The only hard part is proving A) that they broke the law willfully (which, if you have the proper copyright notification on there, then that's usually about all you need), and B) how much the image is worth (which can easily be done via past invoices / industry standards).
