M. Takatori in Formula D
off gtchannel.com:
Super Autobacs' R34 Ready For Formula D ![]() With Super Autobacs' Kawamura-san slaving away as head mechanic for the team's preparation into the Formula D series this year, the team's R34 is ready to ship off stateside to do battle. Kawamura-san has been busy altering the car to fit Formula D regulation, and with former D1 driver Michihiro Takatori manning the R34 this year, it'll be interesting to see how he does this year in the Formula D series. I don't think anyone would trade an A31 for a Mercury Topaz.....

big BH... here in Beijing I have access to a lot of A31's. They are LHD and perhaps be more easily registered than a JDM spec car. they are around 40,000 rmb - that is about 6k US $ plus shippping - I bet less than 8k can get you one to the states. Sell that Tempo and your Rolex.

no phony papers = no police problems
Plus it's not like cops would even hassle a LHD car. |

I forgot to mention, this year's car isn't like the first post says....it's not the same Skyline as last year but a totally new one built for Formula D.
