Beside the fact that no one on this board has any idea what the heck they were saying during that video, you need to have a representative from the Guiness Book of World Records or appointed official/s present to warrant your effort, as Vaughn did. You can't just go out and do something and make a claim.
Also, if you listened to what Vaughn said "doing a bunch of circles is basically exploiting drifting." That's the reason he did it. To show that a lot of people can drive in circles while sliding. So your boy that can do a bunch of circles on wet pavement with little to no tire wear is really only proving Vaughn's point. Now, go back and listen to his explanation of what a proper drift record should be and do it. Oh yea, this time don't wet the pavement. P.S. I think it is AWESOME that Istanbul has a drifting academy. That must mean that there is a pretty healthy group of drifters in the largest city in Turkey.
