This video was done with shots all throughout the year with various cameras. I progressed during the year and upgraded as my skills improved. I used a cheap Sony handycam until May, then a Sony VX2000 until October, and then my friend's (was waiting for my current camera to ship and had already sold the vx) Panasonic HMC 150. Right now I currently use a Sony HVR-V1U (used in the 100 Drifters of December on Deathmachines) which is a 1080i HD professional camcorder. I wish I could get a 720p or 1080p camcorder but I could barely afford the HVR. I also use a cheap Canon camcorder (similar to the Sony handycam) for onboard shots so that if the person crashes and my camera flies off and gets smashed I won't lose more than $250.
