Love the looks. It's a bit big for my taste, but I'd definitely check it out if I saw it in a parking lot.
And I'm sure the hood scoops are functional.  I know for a fact that rear scoops are because it has a hidden second midengine.

Or the rear scoops could be for brake cooling ducts. Notice how there's also some on the front bumper on the outside of the fog lights.

Holden may be australian but this design was definately made for the US market.
I think it looks pretty good. Looks mean enough, I guess. Those apear to be brake cooling ducts, not purely cosmetic. I'd rock it...with a blower.
