  • How to build a SEMA car in 20 days: Batlground Diary

This is a copy past of the Batlground S14 build off of several forums it's been posted on, Mike that runs the office at Batlground will be using my screename because he is too busy whoring up import atlanta to get his own screename. Right now the car is at paint, we've been going for about two weeksish.

    ____

Ok, so we get the call that KONIG wants us to pimp one of our cars out and put it in their booth for SEMA.

Well we felt it would be cool to show you what we are going through to get the car done, especially since most of you wont be going. So this is a piece of SEMA coming to you so to speak.

Updates will be done weekly, we have till the 24th to get her done!

UPDATES ARE ALSO ON THE WEBSITE :

    Ready for Paint

    BACK FROM PAINT

Engine bay and interior got done last night/today. Battleship GREY i think is the color. Today we install the LEXAN windows are awaiting the body kit before it goes back for exterior paint.

    The NEW KONIG WHEELS

Dan has been doing the wiring harness for the last few days, i dont even know where to start.

Hes been cutting a bunch of wires out, almost 200, so the car will only run on what is absolutely neccesary and make the wire tuck that much easier. TO give you an idea of what a project it is:

Today we are fitting the body kit:

Switching over all the lines to AN and we should have the car cranked, wet sanded and the body parts put back in in time to have it sprayed Monday

                              Nice Work

Very nice work!! couple of questions. What kind of a body kit? origin? and are you using the same front bumper support on the kouki conversion as you had on the Zenki or did you have to buy a new one?

                              Please reply or email me

                              Very much appreciated
