'70s drift machines

Talking '70s drift machines

I'm thinking of classic '70s rear drive rides that might make good drifting machines. The short wheelbase of Gremlin could be a problem for control, but a 401-XR could certainly break traction!

Yeah, it was ahead of its time in that respect.

The V8 928, if you can find and afford one, had really good balance with its transaxle layout. The only thing that could count against it drifting is its big weight.
