Been trolling for a while...but finally signed up. Actually this is the sight that made me decide to drif volvos. I had been looking for something that would balance a v8, had v8 swap kits available, had some aftermarket and was different. I drifted 2 (and about 10 minutes of a third event :P) events 2 years ago. Currently building a car to drift again.

Was using a 87 Volvo 740TI with a few mods. Car had around 300k and after the first "season" i drifted it was about to break in about 6 different ways. But it was a cheap car and served it's purpose (making sure i enjoy drifting).

And my new car is a 86 Volvo 245. Putting a small block chevy in there and getting doing some actually suspension work to this one.
