Tension Rod Bushing

How do you remove the bushing from the tension rod? I tried lots of ways, but i couldn't get them out.

Or, try a place that has a hydraulic press.

Lol fire, a hydraulic press huh. I never though of that. Thanks, ill try and see if i can find a place where they have one.
