new car

i just purchased a 1984 celica gts. i have the how to drift book everyone has told me to get on order. i have a little experience (and i mean very little) in drifting. most of it has been in a nissan pu on dirt roads. is this car a good base to start with? planning to start bone stock with a 1gen supra lsd. any advise or suggestions. already read the stickys on the noobie threads.

Welcome to the forum noob. haha just messin'. I haven't heard of anyone starting out in a gen1 supra celica, but its worth a shot. Hell basicly if its rear wheel drive and its got an lsd it will get sideways. Now you just gotta learn to control it. Best of luck on your new journey dude!
