Yes click browse in your profile and upload your own avatar.

Yes at the very bottom of the profile page...

Its right below where you picked a icon from the gallery.

I know that is where it was befor but it is not there now. Just look at the pic above.

Hmm I didn't bother to look until know...pm the admin.

Maybe this feature was left out. We had problems in the past with users using inappropriate avatars. If you already have a custom avatar I suggest you don't change it if you don't like the ones they have available.
