  • Looking for an internship in 2012.

Hi, my name is Eric Carlsson and as the title says I'm looking for an internship in a racing team or a company that builds race cars in 2012 from January till June.
I am from Sweden and I'm 17 years old at the moment but I'll be 18 turning 19 during the time I of the internship.

I'm studying at a school that trains you to be a motor-sport mechanic, the schools homepage is http://www.motorsportgymnasiet.com/ (sorry that it's in Swedish only).
It's a three year program and under that time we learn about braking systems, engines, the basics of engine management systems, gearboxes, suspension, tires, chassis, body, how to weld and more.

I speak, write and read English almost fluid and I also speak, write and read a little bit of Spanish.
I've been around cars all my life and I have always had an interest for racing.
I also work part time at a local racing team.

I'll be happy for any answers.
And if there is something anyone think that I should ad to this, pleas tell me.

    Regards, Eric.

Also, it's fluent and not "fluid". Also, try looking for tuner shops and other small performance shops to kind of work your way up to a racing team. There's probably a local shop that you can get experience with, makes you look much more attractive to a potential internship.

A performance shop or tuner shop would also be a nice place to have an internship at.
And as I wrote in the first post, I work part time at a local racing team.
