...oh, and just after I posted that, I find out my server is going a little wierd.

If sport compact car hires me, i can maybe afford to make it easier on you viewers. Thanks for understanding.

thought i'd share a pic I really liked with the forum.

hope you don't mind, I don't want to eat your bandwidth. If it's a problem let me know or report my post to the admins or somethign and they'll take it down.

Anyway, the point is this guy does sick work, and that's a sick nova

[edit]the pic of those rods sitting in the parking lot at night is now my background.

This is awesome stuff. What are you using for a camera?

You think Sport Compact Car would like these?

Kinda SCC-esque, ya think? I just took these tonight on my new Canon EOS Rebel Digital SLR. I had to scale it down ALOT in paint so the quality's really bad compared to what it was.

^needs more light. If anything goes to print they prefer to have a lot of light. Makes it easier to see, especially for viewers.

I dont work for SCC, but I work for SCN (canada's cheaper, yet similar magazine)

Make sure your ISO is bumped up, and you dont have too many distracting lights in the picture. Your focus is the car remember.

Thanks for the advice. I was just playing around with it to see what it could do. And I forgot to tell you before, your stuff's really good. I only have one suggestion, and that is to try to use more industrial/urban backdrops for your subjects. But that's just a personal preference. There's really nothing wrong with any of your pictures other than the fact that i couldn't view anything but the thumbnails.

ah yes, my pics are rather large, my new site design will fix that.

But click on the thumbnail... and wait... and wait.... and wait. The pics will take forever, but they are there.
