I havent heard of that forum. I am new to the concept of a 1st gen F-Body drifter, and I did not know where else to turn to. Thanks alot!

I have almost completed my 240 sx, its no drifter, just a street car with a KA. Everyone tells me to forget the camaro as a drifter and setup the 240 as 1. But how many 240's do u see compared to camaros. Studying import suspension setups have really helped me become more radical in sense to my approach with the older car suspensions.

Again thanks alot for the link.

I own Going Faster!, High Performance Handling Handbook, Carroll Smith's Tune to Win: The art and science of race car development and tuning, and Ross Bentley's Speed Secrets 1 and 2. I'd recommend all of them, although Smith's book really should be used in collaboration with his other books, Prepare to Win and Engineer to Win if you're truly serious. I've heard great things about Smith's Drive to Win also. Amazon should have all these books.

I have the Speed Secrets books too, those are nicely written. Its similiar to Henry Watts (I think thats the author) book, Secrets of Solo Racing. That was a great book on the basics. The Skip Barber tape and of course Tsuchiya's Drift Bible helps too.

Amazon.com gave this book mixed reviews. Some believing the book's a good look at past issues so not to overlook them in present day. Others just think it's too dated and faded to matter. For the pros that have read this book, I'd like to know what you all think about this as a resource when shelf space is at a premium.
