            Chris isn't doing any "heel-toe" work in this video. What are you guys even talking about?


            Heel-toe downshifting is when you are braking into a corner and you use your braking foot to blip the throttle as you shift into a lower gear (revs will be higher in the low gear, so you "match" them). This is the smoothest way to shift, and it maximizes your engine braking (which will allow you to be easier on your brakes and/or brake later for the corner.



            Point is... there is not one point in this video where Chris does that.
