hahaha, yea we had this series name back in 2003 for our practice events and decided to bring it back. va/nc are also tobacco capitals and you since have to be 18 to smoke and 99% of our drivers are 18+, i don't see an issue. and yea, as sande stated it was referring to tires we merely added a twist.
