I have two questions. One is how difficult would it be to swap the CA into an 89 240 out of a front clip, and who makes harnesses for the swap. Two is were can I find a set of Impul Silhoutte's besides takumiproject.com (preferably new) Thanks.

If you have a front clip then you have the harnass. In japan the CA came in the 89 S13, so this is a perfectly natural swap for your car. Should slide right in ( to over simplify it) Anyone with any actual hands on experience with the CA? -
Folks at www.dgtrials.com or www.zfever.com and the NICO forums could probably answer your questions. I know that the CA18 is pretty small in comparison with the KA24 but the turbo manifold cuts it closer to the master brake cylinder and steering than the KA's header, but still with plenty of room.
I am sure that Zfever can either set you up with a harness or can direct you to someone who will. Too bad Secret Services closed down, because they would have been able to help out for sure.
