s13 door panel removal ?

whats up guys and gals,

My window stoped working so i went to take the drivers side door panel off and it was like some sort of puzzle. All i need to get to is the window motor so i can look around and see if anythings disconected or if i need a new motor for the window.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I half to open my door at drive threws and i feel really retarded and it gets hot in socal and my ac is broken.

Pics would be great if possible.
