Weight reduction...

ok ill start off by saying that i did read the sticky about it but i was wondering if i remove all the door panels, Flooring carpet , center console etc... will the car be considerably harder to warm up ? because where i live we have pretty cold winters and i dont want to freeze while driving my car, although it is not a daily driver i still want it to be a drift car and drift it in the winter.

I would think some, yes. That's a given. However, cars aren't really highly insulated to begin with.

You could always wear a little more

A gutted car is colder in the winter and warmer in the summer, but the gain in performance outweighs the loss in comfort, I agree, wear a sweater, you'll be fine.
