Fuel Filter and 300ZX

I heard that you can replace the fuel filter with some sort of other fuel filter and it increases the horsepower...also what parts will swap over from the 300ZX to the 240SX other than the brake kit?

No, a fuel filter switch WILL NOT increase horsepower. You can replace the 240SX's fuel filter with a Z32 300ZX's... I'm not really sure why, but that's what I have on my S13.

hey grid do you know fi the 300xz fpr will work on the s13? i figure it would do the job better than stock when i upgrade my pump, and its 50 dollars cheaper than most aftermarket ones. i dont know how i came up with the idea of this working but that i think it would because the nismo one is universal (pretty much) so its a strech but i think it might work

other things you can take from a z
clutch (redrill for sr20)
brakes
5 lug hubs
t3 turbos if you want
wheels for when you do your 5 lug swap
obviously brakes
brake master cylinder

you could use anything you wanted if you had the money

You could also use the fuel pump when you add more horsepower, but most people with 240's tend to go with the walbro fuel pump (unless you find a z32 at the junkyard. Then its just cheaper to use a z32 fuel pump)
