Front bumper support?
I removed my front bumper support and i tossed it out cause my intercooler is going to be big (24X3.5X12) and i thought it would just get in the way. but now im wondering if that was a bad idea. any thoughts on this guys?

well if you get in an accident, a lot more damage will be done. One guy on silvia crashed at like 10 mph and his whole front end crushed in. It looked like he was going like 40 mph.

You might want to weld up at least a metal bar or something. If you hit a retread on the highway or even enough cones, your intercooler will feel the pain.

my intercooler is 28 inches long... only 8 high though..

I would maybe fab something up and get it bolted or welded on. You def want to protect your IC. I'm sure You could put a brace of sorts there at a decent price. Retread damage to the IC would suk.
