Which witch is which?
Diffs. Aussie AE86 had S series 6.35in diffs
Jap AE86 had T series 6.7in diff Most celicas from RA23 to RA60 and coronas from 1978 to 1982 and TE71/72 had T diffs, varying in ratio from 3.7:1 to 4.3:1 TE71/72 had no rear sway bar on some, AE86 did, celica ones had sway bar and smaller spring mounts. Now for the big question. It appears that my aussie AE86 might have a T diff, no sway bar. How can I tell if its a S, a T, and what ratio??? Is there a code stamped on the diff somewhere? The code on the compliance plate says S but I doubt it is. Help! |
