5-speed swap

To convert a 89 240sx coupe from automatic transmission to 5-speed manual, what are all the parts needed?

heres what to do for a s14 and its relativly the same as the s13 ive done both. The tranny is just a little harder to get onto the engine. Be sure to take off the exhaust when you do this.

the exhaust can stay on on the s14 druing the install, i've already done it without removing exhaust. but of course.. the more stuff removed, the smoother the install will go.
