SR20 Hybrid Swap ???

I wanna swap either a S13 or S14 Sr20 into my S14. I know the S13 sr20 is stronger of the two, so id prefer that. I know it is possible to put S13 sr20's into S14's, but what are the significant differences in the swap? and also, should i be dealing with this, i mean, is the S13 sr20 really that much more reliable than the S14 sr20?? please help me, thanks.
