Hicas pump for two wheel power steering??

i have a 91 240sx SE with transplanted S13 redtop SR20DET, and i want to gain my power steering back, but my sr came with a hicas pump, as opposed to the 2 wheel powersteering pump that i used to have (my car is not hicas aka 4 wheel steering). i am wondering if i can use that pump to steer just the fronts safely, or if i may blow some rings in my steering rack or something like that from too much pressure? any help given would be much appreciated

just cap off the other side make sure you do it good. what i mean is your best bet what i was going to do is take the high pressure hose take the end off where it connects to and have that hole welded shut. and then bolt it on. This is what I was going to do. But my friend gave me a regular ps pump but then I had to modify the bracket. But it won't affect if you cap off one side.
