Garrett Turbo T3 SUPER 60'

Im rebuilding a miata that i purchased from a friend, it needs quite a bit of attention to get it back up and on the road, (mostly interior and rust problems) but the engine seems otherwise pretty good. I came across a Garrett T3 turbo .48 A/R and a friend of mine screamed at me that if i didnt buy it from the guy, he was going to for his car. So, now i have it... and im pretty new to this stuff. Can anybody point me in the right direction?? I have a stock, 1990 miata 1.6L DOHC 5-speed. Any information on where i can get the other (affordable) parts to get this thing up and running would be appreciated. I just moved, so money is a bit tight right now, i'll be saving up for the more 'extravegant' parts later on.
