swapping out high mileage sr20 for lower mileage sr20

i'm trying to buy this '93 240sx with an sr20 which has 97,3xx miles on it.

and i was thinking thats a ton of miles already, and wondered if it'd be easy to swap out the 97xxx sr20 with a lower mileage sr20.

so how difficult would it be?

Not hard if you have expirence doing a R&R type job on a driveline.
