SR tranny into KA bellhousing...will it work?
i was just wondering if u could put the internal parts of the SR transmission into the dual cam KA's bellhousing. and if so would u be able to fit the S15 6 speed gears in. i am wondering this becaus i wanna do a KA-T and wanted the gears from the SR without having to swap in a SR engine/tranny. any imput would be helpful. thanks in advance.

the KA and SR gear boxes are interchangable w/ each other's bell housings. as for a 6 sp s15 gear box, you would have to change the drive shaft and differential(s15 speed sensor is on the differential) there are other thing needed for the s15 tranny swap, but i cant recall @ the moment... =) good luck!
