Turbo upgraded?

Hi, I have a S15 SR20DET engine swap & would like to upgraded my turbo. I would like to have 350-400whp. Whats the best setting for Drift, good response! Where I can bought some part near Quebec, Canada????
I already have a bottom mount HKS manifold, but don't know if Top Mount is better?

Thanks or your help!!!

2871R .64 A/R 740 CC injectors, rom tune, Cams, Z32 maf, dont know about where to get it in Canada. top is better but for your power level not needed. Also would help to search alot of people have done this setup before check out some 240/silvia forums

The stock s15 t28 will easily get you well over 300, and would work perfectly since you said you want a setup for drift/response. Can't beat the response of the stocker.
