KA24E-->KA24DE Engine Swap

Hello, so heres the situation, i dont have enough $ for an SR20 but i need and engine replacement soon, my KA24E is on its last leg, and i really dont want another, instead i was wondering how hard it would be and what parts id need to drop in a later model KA24DE into my '89 240SX hatch.

Any help with this would be great, besides the engine im sure ill need the ecu and a few other things but if any of u have done this swap i would appreciate it if you could steer me in the right direction THANKS!!!!
