1jz/2jz mounts for 240sx

hi everyone, ive been doin alot of research as far as she supra swap in the s13/s14 chassis and i give alot of credit to the people dedicated to this swap.. right now people are argumenting the fact between modifying the crossmember or purchasing full custom mounts.. ive seen plenty of people doing custom work and such but of course were all trying to make the goal with least modification for less stress and budget. well, i saw and i quote from this message on a forum "Its been known that they use k/sr nismo style mounts and the 2jz engine brackets. slot the mounting hole on the cross member downwards some and it will drop right in..others have done this"..... has anyone heard of this? cause i did some research and i saw that the nismo motormounts didnt lower the motor. and another though i had in mind was the kit that is sold in 2jzswap.com, if im not mistaken, they trim and move the mount slightly back on the crossmember.. but dose the TDF kit do the same purpose or do they modify it to lower the motor? ive been reading that the adjustments are 1.5 lower and 1.5 further to the firewall.. id llike to hear any opinions on this and hopefuly it will clear out some question we've all been wondering. if its possible to do juss do the modification with the rubber mount retaining the 2jz bracket, i saw on the nico forums on how to custimize your own mounts.. i would think if this could be done,it save alot of trouble..
