Wanted to kno if the 1989 s13 coupe front end stuff Hood, fenders, and bumper would fit on a 1990 hatchback?

Yes it will. The front ends on the S13's, coupe or hatch are identical. And being as it's '89 going to '90, it will work. '89 and '90 are both the 'Zenki' or early model body style so they are interchangeable.
