Fixing my e-brake

Alright so, my e-brake obviously needs to be adjusted for drifting. It will pull up fine with no problems for the back wheels to lock up, but when I need to place it back down it won't move sometimes. I think it might be something of a rust build up, but am not sure. I have been drifting for a long time, and just got this car to try it out. Unfortunately I don't know anything about this particular situation. Would anyone be able to tell me how to fix this and different things to try to get it to work? Also, assuming I have never had to replace one of these does any know of a good compnay that makes parts and kits? Thanks

Any value in some soups?

I initiate a uncut knot of soups that check out extraordinary, and can be made in big batches and frozen.
Is there any interest?
