pivot headlight control, any one installed? need help

I got the pivot headlight controller for my FC but the instructions are in japanese. i understand some of it but need a little assuarnace, cna some one explain it to me?

nevermind, i dont have a scanner and cant get a clear picture. I can read and understand some japanese, but not when it's almost all kanji. I only know a little kanji. Why does japan use so much kanji, it makes things so much more complicated, lol.

I got mine off of ebay for 80 bucks, new in box. But they sell them here http://www.intakeone.com/Pivot/Piv_RHU_MnT.html

On ebay right now they have one 80 and no shipping, its the guy i got it from, you should pick it up here http://search.ebay.com/search/search...ght+controller

beacuse off the website its 115 all together.
