Need help finding a good 240sx

FC & AE86, haven't found any in good condition so I've pretty much choosen to go with a 240sx...

What are some things specific to look for on 240sx?

I've heard the s13 have rust problems by the rear brake lights.

I've found some older 240sx.. 1990 373,000 km... for like $800CDN so about $500US less..
Has some rust holes in the frame.. so I'm a bit worried about.

Salt is used alot on the roads for winter... is a 240 a bit more rust prone ?

To identify HICAS, there's a cylinder behind the rear diff to signify hicas, plus all the other steering arms and such ?
Disabling hicas? I've seen some hicas disabling kits that are just bushing and such??

Is there a better way.. like swaping a non-hicas rear end?

also 1991 and up to have an easier time for the sr20det swap as well ?
