kinda newbie question

sorry bout this but i tried googling it and it was being a pain so im doing this as a last resort.

I see that there are differnt ways of measuring power like horsepower then i saw kw or ps and i was wondering how might that ranslate or is that not the same as horsepower? if so how are these measured.

I needed that too. Normally I make a porportion and get a approximate.
