the rear end and drive shaft should be fine. Im fixing to do this my self so i've been reading up on it. You should just need the transmission and the hydrallics to run it. Not tomention the clutch and brake pedal to install. And everything that goes with making those run.

here's a list. It's really easy to do. Done it a couple times.

-5 speed brake pedal
-5 speed clutch pedal
-clutch fluid reserviour
-clutch fluid hard lines
-clutch soft line
-slave cylinder
-throw out bearing
-pilot bearing
-clutch set
-flywheel
-tranny (I hope you remember this one)
-5 speed harness, or make the auto one fit (easy to figure out)
-drive shaft (get complete drive shaft, both pieces, don't piece them together from seperate cars)
-shifter
-shift boot

that should be all of it.

edit: auto and 5-speed use different sive drive shafts on 240s
