Ask the guys at Jspec.com if they can get you a GP Sports exhaust and how much it will cost.

I got the Pro Spec II full stainless and its f'in awesome...kind of too loud if you run a test pipe like me...and will shoot flames so be careful. I dont know what it sounds like with a cat but I will be posting up a video of me soon so you'll be able to hear it

spec d's an awesome exhaust. I had that one before the end got stolen by some jerks in two accords. Very loud, I'd recommend using the silencer if the cops in your area are by the book.

No, the only way you're gonna shoot flames is if you're way rich with no cat. With a cat, you'll hear a pop. The test pipe is meant to replace your cat with something that's supposed to flow a bit better than your stock cat. However, if you live in an area with strict emissions policies, like in CA, the fines are very heavy. A buddy of mine in an WRX got pulled over by CHP since his car does indeed shoot flames when shifting, the cop didn't appreciate it much, checked for a cat, saw nothing and slapped him with a $1,600 ticket, he had to appear in court, had his license suspended until a smog ref cleared his car and then he could go.

The material of the exhaust is mainly for weight savings/looks, not for shooting flames. You want to shoot flames, go get a test pipe and run rich when you shift (or rev high before you shift).
