helmets???
ok this is another dumb question but i must know.
at the drift events your required to wear a racing helmet.is there a defferance between automoblie racing helmets and motocycle racing helmets?i was looking to buy a snell aproved shoei from the local cycle shop. thanks |

SA- rated automotive helmets are lined with nomex and use fire retardent paint, while M- rated helmets have some other material for the interior..i forgot what.
SA helmets also havta go through an extra safety test that M- helmets dont havto do. Last edited by Munch; 07-23-2004 at 04:59 PM. |
