Question for the Domestic Guys

Got a couple 4.6 Ford questions for those who know.
1. Can a 98 police motor swap into my 95 Bird with using the 95's wiring harness and sensors?
2. Any good salvage yards that have good 4.6's at reasonable prices?

I dunno, you might wanna grab the sensors too...
Is the 4.6 an 8?
Not picking a fight here,
but wouldn't you rather get a 2.3 turbo?
