Disable fuel-cut which is contained within the stock ECU

or

Run a stand-alone

or

Carb it

....But why do you want it to rev higher?

indeed, why do u want to rev it higher. Jus because the rev's are higher it doesn't mean it will be making more power, it'll jus get really loud. I got a friend w/ a civic EX and he has a Si ecu, he can rev to 8k, the stock redline is 7100, so it's about 900rpms of nothing....the powerband stops somewhere...
