Question 240 se or le?

I wanted to purchase a s14/240sx and I dont know what version of the model to get and what the signifigance is it? That and what the hell is HICAS and do I need that for drifting or is it gonna distract me? And coupe more question and its about the LSD. Does the 240 has a NISMO LSD or not? If the 240 doesnt have a 240, is it gonna be a hassle to put one in or should it snug in not giving any trouble? Thanks guys for helping me out, hope to here from you!

i'd say stick to a base model. You don't really NEED air conditioning or power windows or power mirrors. They're only there for your own comfort. Also it saves weight and its cheaper. I say this because i got a base model and i'm kinda bias. It's summer right now so it sort of sucks. But eventually it'll cool down then start raining. But any Hicas is the four wheel steering machanism and that was an option for 240's so was LSD. About the Nismo LSD i'm not sure but i doubt it.
