Ultra-high-revving NA four. Toyota used them in Formula Atlantic cars. That's what I voted for.

those ultra high revving motors have a longetivity of 500 miles there buddy, pretty expensive(10k to 15k that your playing with if you build one yourself) as for engine wise, if your poor, i say go ae92 engine, you can get one for like 350 bucks used around the cali area. if you want to spend some more around 1k, you can put a 13bt or an sr20det in it. but if you want speed and you have the a lil more than 2k. get a 20b. itll rule the streets.
