READ IT! LIVE BY IT! ^^ Depending on what event you are heading to you should check out their tech requirements. If they are not posted on their web site make sure you call or e-mail the event holders and get that info.

When buying a helmet, should you buy slightly bigger or just right? Case in point: My head measures just under 22.5", so should I buy a helmet that measures 22.375"-22.75" or should I buy one that measures 23.125"-23.5"? This'll be my first time buying a helmet and I'm pretty sure I'm about as tall as I'm gonna get.

I'm 6'2 180 and I need a Large. You should get the first one, 22.375-22.75, dunno what it is but thats your size
