Is it a Honda S2000 or is it an aftermarket speedometer like MoTeC or Stack?

I would seriously concider getting a analog cluster... I did, if you want to stay with digital. The whole unit is infamous for going out at around 150,000 mi and basically needs to be replaced. Either way you need to take the gauge cluster out and either replace the whole thing or just the digital pieces.
