gear oil

hey everyone. i just thought ide ask what kind of gear oil would be recommended to be put in the tranny and differential of my '91 240sx.

i was thinking about taking my car in to my auto class to change the oil and didnt know what kind to get.

For those who wonder, 75w90 is good stuff. Mobil 1 makes really good 75w90 lubricants, but they're expensive.

Redline MT-90 is supposedly THE BEST for 240SX trannies.

I'm using synchromesh in my tranny and for me it seems better than MT 90. Less notchy when cold.

yeah 75/90w is the way to go. brands such as lucas and royal purple are good. not sure wheather synthetics make much of a difference tho. but who knows...
