coilover squeaking
i was thinking about buying a set of used coilovers but am curious about a couple of things. a buddy of mine bought some used coilovers and they squeak everytime he hits a bump. does that have anything to do with the coilovers being used or did the guy who installed them do a bad job. does anybody here have the same problems? i was thinking about getting used and then rebuidling them but am not sure where to get them rebuilt. if anybody knows why they make noises it would be great. thanks for your time.

The squeaking is the spring moving in its perch.
Used coilovers are sketchy. |
