symtoms of a bent valve?

I think I bent one of my valves on my 240sx(KA24DE)

Im not sure because i didnt redline the car. Its my dayley drive and drifter so I do push it about 2 times a week.
Can someone tell me the symtoms of a bent valve

Did your chain break? If it aint broke you aint got a bent valve.

Best bet is to pull the vaule cover off.

Did you hear a crashing sound, loud bang then sudden loss of power?
